In this drawing, however, the landscape undergoes a significant process of synthesis, reducing it to elementary graphic signs. The space is two-dimensional, and the subjects, reduced to a minimum, are compressed onto the surface of the composition.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n \u003cp style=\"text-align: justify;\"\u003eArturo Tosi was born in Busto Arsizio in 1871 and died in Milan in 1956. After attending the Scuola Libera del Nudo in Brera, his training took place primarily in the Scapigliatura movement, with his association with Tranquillo Cremona. He made his debut in 1891 at the Permanente in Milan. He later participated in the Venice Biennale and the International Exhibition in Rome.
