Curandai grew up in the Tuscan countryside, but he was not only a landscape painter, but also a skilled artist in compositions of flowers, fruit, and objects. The prestigious Buongiovanni Gallery in Bologna, which helped discover him, has promoted him as one of its leading artists. His works are held in galleries in Washington, D.C., Middleburg, Virginia, Saudi Arabia, and other European countries. He has held numerous exhibitions in Italy, including at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, Palazzo di Re Enzo in Bologna, and the Parma in Arte Museum. The most recent was held with the \"G.
