{"product_id":"dario-berrionti-liguria","title":"Dario Bernazzoli - Liguria","description":"Landscape has always been a central theme in artistic research, both as a setting, as a backdrop, and as a subject itself. The naturalistic depiction of landscape has been a major aspiration for artists of every era. Each historical period has offered its own interpretation of landscape, contributing to the evolution of its depiction: first with an exploration of space, through Brunelleschi's perspective in the early Renaissance; then with atmospheric rendering in the sixteenth century; and finally with the depiction of every single vibration of light on objects in Impressionism.\n\r \nThe work is highly representative of Dario Bernazzoli's pictorial language. Indeed, we can see how the painter pursues an almost obsessive search for luminous vibrations, which leads to an elaborate, almost pointillist, hatching style. The image, therefore, appears fragmented within a complex painted surface, and the artist leaves it to the human eye to reassemble it. Everything takes on a distinctly geometric character, and the objects are constructed with a clear black line on a two-dimensional space. In this way, the composition is organized into fields in which the artist alternates pointillist vibrations with areas of solid color.\n\r \nDario Bernazzoli was a Genoese painter born in 1908 and died in 1999. In 1924, he began his apprenticeship as a graphic designer at the Barabino \u0026 Graeve Lithographic Industry. In 1928, his mentor, Mario Bertoglio, left the company, opened his own advertising graphics studio in Genoa, and invited him to join him. From 1939 to 1941, he lived in Milan: he had a studio in Piazza San Babila and frequented an artists' restaurant on Via della Spiga, where he became acquainted with the Corrente group. In 1946, he won the competition for the Constituent Assembly poster and, in 1947, the \"Croisiere de Noel\" poster for Fratelli Cosulich. In 1960, he won the competition for the sketch for the Genoa International Fair. During the 1970s, Dario Bernazzoli constantly cultivated his passion for painting.","brand":"Brucculeri Giancarlo","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":56217983844738,"sku":"GBRU002","price":1350.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0909\/7065\/3058\/files\/GIANCARLO-BRUCCOLERI-1-DARIO-BERRIONTI.jpg?v=1768469973","url":"https:\/\/cjfh11-ee.myshopify.com\/en\/products\/dario-berrionti-liguria","provider":"Venderequadri","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
