In his recurring subjects, tied to the countryside and peasant life, he fundamentally begins with a post-Impressionist pictorial style, in which brushstrokes construct forms and volumes through a complex intersection of planes. Each brushstroke is placed on a different plane, creating concrete, solid volumes. In this exploration of volume and balanced composition, Migliorini demonstrates his appreciation of Ottone Rosai. However, compared to the Florentine master, who favored clear, compact forms, Migliorini favors a more elaborate pictorial style aimed at capturing all the vibrations of objects, which are not only luminous and atmospheric, but also existential.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eDino Migliorini was a painter originally from Rignano, where he was born in 1907. He trained as an artist in Florence. Having moved to the Tuscan capital in 1924, he became an illustrator for the Nuovo Giornale newspaper and frequented the circles of Ardengo Soffici and Ottone Rosai. His first solo exhibition was also held in Florence.
