To this end, the brushstrokes, rich in texture, intervene, and, despite the realism of the representation, break down the space into different planes, recording the vibrations of light and life on the subject. Thus, within a substantially multifaceted surface, the objects are constructed by the painter with broad, dense brushstrokes of color, and the houses are structured according to geometric principles inspired by Cézanne. Chromatically, the entire surface of the work is coordinated with a balanced palette of references and correspondences, yet faithfully conveying the effects of light.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003eFrancesco Cagossi was a painter from Cossato, born in 1938 and died in 2015. He was also a teacher and writer. He was an artist devoted to fairly traditional genres, such as landscape.
