In 1952 he held his first solo exhibition at the Palazzo di Parte Guelfa in Florence. In 1957, at the VIII National Exhibition of the Fiorino Prize in Florence, he was awarded the Publishers and Printers Prize. In 1979, the Culture Department of the Municipality of Milan organized a solo exhibition of his work entitled Immagini del Quotidiano.
