A painter, sculptor, ceramist, and theater set designer, she has been actively involved in exhibitions since her debut, participating in national and international festivals and competitions. A multifaceted artist, she is a \"primitive\" painter who eschews tools and paints almost exclusively with her fingers. Lia Foggetti has illustrated poetry and fairy tales and collaborated on visual projects for various foundations and associations.
