His passion for sculpture began at the age of twenty, when he decided to create a plasticine portrait of his deceased father. In the 1970s, he trained at the Centro Artistico Culturale Milanese. He quickly acquired a figurative language that he later applied to his symbolic and elegantly allusive creations.
