He studied at the Institute of Fine Arts in Urbino and subsequently at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. He began engraving in 1955 and has since produced nearly a thousand plates using all chalcographic techniques. He has participated in the most important engraving art exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including the 1st National Exhibition of Contemporary Figurative Etchings \"BLACK\u0026amp;WHITE\" in Modica in 1996. He is included in three editions of the Repertory of Italian Engravers, edited by the Cabinet of Ancient and Modern Prints of the Municipality of Bagnacavallo.
