Thus, the expanses of flowers provide Urbini with a pretext for achieving a harmony of colors, in a delicate interplay of balances and compositional references. This exploration of Paolo Urbini's work is also supported by form. In his style, color predominates, distributed in small, dense touches, in a sort of pointillist technique.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003ePaolo Urbini (Sezzadio, 1929) moved with his family to Lake Como in 1943. Since 1952, he has lived in Rome, where he has resumed and continues to work with a brush, exhibiting his paintings in various group shows; this has allowed him to gain an ever closer understanding of the Roman art world, its issues, and its figures. Urbini joined the International Federation of Independent Italian Artists and participated with some of his works in the Fifth National Exhibition of the Rome Group at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, attending the School of the Nude.
