Compositionally, the painting is also distinguished by a coherent and unified construction, achieved through a carefully crafted harmony of the elements. This unity is ensured above all by the use of color, which is based on perfect tonal consistency. Indeed, the entire space is measured by the same light in which the objects are lost, creating a delicate atmospheric perspective that reaffirms the classicist spirit of this representation. The light, warm with golden reflections in the sky, reverberates on the mountainsides, while the grassy surface shimmers with moist reflections.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\n \u003cp\u003ePietro Galanti was a painter from Brescia, born in 1885 and died in 1973. He trained in the studio of the architect Dabbeni and exhibited his first works in his hometown in 1909. He fought in the First World War, but resumed his artistic pursuits after the conflict. In 1928, he participated in the first Brescia Triennale and won the portrait prize at the 1930 Venice Biennale. He exhibited again at the Galleria Campana in 1931 and 1932.
