In another work, we can appreciate the subject of young priests engaged in playful and amusing genre scenes, which harks back to a certain pictorial tradition and artists such as Nino Caffè and Ulisse Massaccesi. Upon returning to Italy, he developed a new style, opposite to his previous choices, focused primarily on painting subjects that were part of a fantastical and surreal world, full of imaginative figures and horses in motion, racing, and unstoppable.
