Abysses

Abysses is the result of my exploration of abstract art, a work born from a desire to experiment with new techniques and materials. Using acrylic paste, I created a tactile texture that captures attention and invites contemplation, with each color chosen for its symbolic and emotional meaning.

The title "Abysses" is deeply rooted in my personal experience during its creation. At a time of uncertainty and reflection on my artistic identity, I felt immersed in an abyss of conflicting emotions. This work was my means to explore these inner depths, to draw inspiration from them, and to transform them into art.

For me, gold leaf represents the search for inner light, the ability to find answers and hidden treasures within oneself, like the classic treasures found at the bottom of the sea. It is a symbol of hope and rebirth, of finding beauty and value even in the darkest corners of our existence.

In its complexity, Abysses invites the viewer to delve into its depths, to explore the many facets of humanity and art itself. It is a work that continues to reveal new details and meanings with each viewing, a never-ending journey into the depths of the soul and aesthetics.
