Vangelli exhibited alongside great masters such as Emilio Vedova and Giulio Turcato, and took part in the historic exhibition of the Libera Associazione Arti Figurative. In 1999, his solo exhibition La festa della vita at Villa San Carlo Borromeo confirmed his talent. His works have subsequently been included in numerous international exhibitions, such as Tesori dell'Italia in Cina (2007).
