Bruno Benfenati - A Gesture of Humility

Without wishing to convey a missionary message, nor even to create a work with overly ecclesiastical content, I imagined objects that witnessed an act of utmost humility, such as Christ washing the Apostles' feet. The symbolism of this composition seeks to represent "humility" as a condition, often necessary, to make our behaviors conscious of the dignity of a human being, a condition that exalts the greatness of the soul of those who demonstrate it.
