For this reason, through the application of color, he develops a highly synthesised process that reduces the subject to diluted pictorial layers, in which the painter's emotion is also the protagonist, conveyed through his agitated gestures. Despite this markedly synthetic and expressionistic nature of the work, Bruno Cascella maintains a stable connection with the sensory reality, particularly with a sense of plasticity. The subject's volumes are clearly delineated.
