The work "Hope," part of the "Glaciers" series, depicts the hope and dream of many couples—the dream of having a child. In a changing, frenetic, unhealthy, and impure world, reality often makes us pessimistic, and sometimes this affects not only the psychological but also the physical and biological spheres. The painting symbolically depicts glaciers shaped like human female figures, alluding to life, emotions, and love. The shape of some glaciers draws our attention to pregnancy and the beauty of this magical and spiritual moment. One iceberg in particular represents the fetus and thus the beginning and subsequent development of life. Furthermore, the work aims to represent the possibility for glaciers to regenerate, if we all managed to respect, love, and adore the planet.
