Graziano Marsili - The Arno at the San Nicolò Bridge

Landscape has always been a central theme in artistic research, both as a setting, as a backdrop, and as a subject itself. Graziano Marsili's painting is profoundly influenced by the Tuscan tradition of the Macchiaioli and post-Macchiaioli movements, whereby the truthful depiction of reality merges with the impressionistic lyricism of a vibrant and immediate rendering.
