Leonardo Papasogli - Untitled

Born in Florence on May 5, 1929, he graduated from the Florence Art Institute. Since 1955, he has participated in major art exhibitions and awards, including "Suzzara," "La Spezia," "Pontedera," "Biennale San Marino," "Modigliani," "Vinci," "Prato," and the "Fiorino Prize." In 1959, he co-founded "Nuova Corrente." In 1965, he joined "Segno Rosso." He is a founding member of "Studio d'Arte Il Moro." He joined the manifesto "Birth of a Constructive Morphology" and participated in all the events promoted by the group, from the International to the Kunstmesse "Arte 3'72" to "Verifica", the exhibition at the "Strozzina" in Palazzo Strozzi in Florence in 1973. He participated in other promoted events until 1975. Having retired, while remaining in contact with the Group, he reconfirmed his membership in 1991, participating in the exhibition Permanence and Continuity - Florence 1970-1990 at the Istituto degli Innocenti in Florence.
