Lucio Zatti - Figures in the Woods

Lucio Zatti, in his artistic production of bronzes and prints, seems to begin with sensitive nature and move toward an informal aesthetic. In several of his works, we still detect the presence of humanity, but it is a distorted presence, completely fused with the artist's gesture, who shapes the material with great expressive vigor. Natural elements lose their form in Zatti's artistic practice, becoming part of a broader compositional project, in which the artist's spirituality and emotionality come into play.
