Raffaele Martin, an artist based in the Padua area, born in 1946, is the protagonist of an original and fascinating body of work that combines various techniques of sculpture, carving, and painting. The result is a vast series of bas-reliefs in which a penchant for volume and sculptural expression blends with the expressiveness of hatching and vibrant color.
