Landscape has always been a central theme in artistic research, both as a setting, as a backdrop, and as a subject itself. The artist's simplification of reality, however, embodies several creative elements, evident in the complexity of the drawing and the exploration of a dense, vaporous application of color. The result is a landscape imbued with a fairy-tale-like expressionism.
