Description of the work
Description of the work
The work depicts a cityscape with domes and buildings in the distance, likely a view of Rome. A bunch of radishes stands out in the foreground, one separated from the others. The contrast between the architectural landscape and the natural elements in the foreground creates a striking and unusual effect. The lithograph is characterized by a delicate yet incisive line, with color gradients that lend depth and atmosphere. The tones are soft and nuanced, with a careful use of light and shadow. The contrast between the architectural details and the natural elements gives the work a poetic and slightly surreal quality. Natino Chirico is an Italian artist born in 1953 in Reggio Calabria. After attending the "M. Preti" Art School, he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Reggio Calabria and then moved to Rome, where he completed his training. He began his artistic career in the 1970s and has participated in numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Chirico is known for his figurative art, which combines classical elements with a modern style. His works include both painting and sculpture. His ability to blend tradition and innovation has made him an internationally acclaimed artist.
