Odyssey by Ugo Attardi - FMR Art'è

The work, translated into prose by Carlo Saggio, courtesy of Ricciardi Editore, includes a preface and nine commentary interludes by Professor Vittorio Mathieu, fourteen color plates outside the text, and twenty-eight black-and-white illustrations in the text, drawn from original drawings created specifically for this edition by Maestro Attardi. A work that is at once historical, literary, and figurative, a splendid example of literary-artistic composition, in which Ulysses' adventurous spirit and his human dimension are admirably illustrated through the graphic work of Ugo Attardi.

The Odyssey volume is printed on BFK Rives 100% cotton paper, 180 g/m² and 210 g/m² from the Arches paper mills. The cover features the face of Ulysses, an original twelve-color silkscreen print on a 35 x 25 cm steel plate covered in fine 24K gold.
