Facsimile of the illuminated manuscript, dedicated to Ercole I d'Este (late 15th century), which contains texts extracted from the Meditationes and Soliloquia of Saint Augustine. Tommaso da Modena is the author of the 68 miniatures while the text is written by the calligrapher Andrea della Vieze. Bound in embossed leather. Format 14x19 cm. Pages 384 (192 leaves). Commentary, in Italian, edited by Ernesto Milano. Cloth slipcase. Limited and numbered edition of 500 copies. Excellent condition.
