Santina Farelli - Yvonne

Santina Farelli has dedicated her life to the pursuit of art and beauty, elements that accompany her daily life. Her passion began at a young age, when her mother guided her hand as she drew for homework. From a young age, Santina understood that painting was a way for her to express what she couldn't communicate with words; a true refuge that helped her face life's challenges. She attended the Liceo Artistico Statale on Via Ripetta in Rome, where she learned the basics of painting. In 1984, during a group exhibition in Piazza di Spagna, she had the opportunity to meet important twentieth-century masters, including Novella Parigini.

Santina currently works with a variety of techniques, using watercolor pastels, watercolors, sanguine, and oils. She favors figurative subjects, particularly female figures and landscapes, which allow her to imagine new places and experience things through her imagination. Each painting represents a transposition of the emotions of the moment, with carefully chosen colors designed to intensify the viewer's emotion.
