This painting depicts the Ukrainian flag. The flag is interpreted as a blue sky above yellow wheat fields, with the blue symbolizing peace and the yellow symbolizing prosperity. Colors stained by the blood of a people who no longer know either peace or prosperity.
I paint and draw, hoping to share my emotional moments, thoughts, and moods with yours. Viewers of a work connect with the artist and begin a dialogue, even if it's a silent one.
