Surrounded by maple leaves, the mouse, unaware of the fate that man is reserving for the planet, perched on the hill, looks at the horizon, which is us, the spectators of the painting.
I collected the leaves from a huge tree (for what huge means here in Valganna in the province of Varese), which has accompanied me throughout my life since childhood (it was already there), and I treated them with wood filler, colors and epoxy resin.
