Description of the work
Painting made on 8 mm thick wooden board, using wood veneer of different types, colored with natural pigments.
The upper part of the sky, the veneer, was covered with a glaze of blue tempera, while the lower part was covered with silver glitter to create a light effect on the sea water.
While overlooking the sea, along the entire length of the wall, a hedge made of tempera with red berries inserted inside.
The picture is completed by a 67 x 53 cm solid wood golden frame and 2.5 cm white passepartout with a golden internal edge.
